7.0Great location. A thousand local bars and cafes and a great vibe.
− The place need some quick attention. Simple tasks: fixing showers, properly attaching electrics to wall etc. Filling in holes. Then this place would be even greater value for money.
Uncomfortable and disappointing stay.
4.0I thought that having 4 bedrooms helps with my big family visit for lower price compared to other properties I looked at.
− We had tow major leaks. One from the roof to one of the bedrooms and other from one bathroom to living room. After they looked at the roof they just left the ladder in the bathroom and the access to attic was open. There was black mold in three of the bathrooms which is very dangerous for your health. All the noise from the street can be heard immediately in the living room. Floor jacks’ pins are about to cut and fail in the living room. It’s kind of scary. Heater didn’t work in the basement. And all doors and windows have air drafts which makes the living room extremely cold. We visited Istanbul late November-early December.

10.0Excellent location, convenient connections to all major areas of Istanbul. Shopping centers are nearby. The street side is a bit noisy at night (due to scooters), but after a couple of nights and intensive excursions you don’t notice the noise. Comfortable large beds and plenty of pillows. Wonderful airport transfer service. Friendly and caring hostess.
