Loved the location, but noise, blinds, and fee transparency issues made the stay stressful.

The location was excellent—very convenient for quick access to I-95 and within walking distance to the Brickell neighborhood and shopping center. The apartment was clean, had the basic essentials, and I felt safe throughout my stay, which was reassuring.

− I was disappointed that the Damage Waiver Fee was not included in the final cost summary on the Booking.com website, especially since the property already showed noticeable wear and tear upon arrival (such as issues with the shower, broken refrigerator drawer, and cracked bedroom and bathroom floors). The apartment also had torn blinds that couldn’t be opened, which blocked natural light during the day and allowed excessive light at night, making it hard to sleep. Adding to this, roosters began crowing at 3:00 a.m. and continued until around 8:30 a.m., creating an unbearable noise level. Although the property management provided earplugs, they were ineffective due to poor sound insulation, and I ended up getting very little sleep for almost a week.
