Excellent location and wonderful host

− It was summer and as with all units, air conditioning is not a usual thing but we were fortunate as it was not too hot

Everything! We were a family of four and it had more than enough room for all of us to fit and sleep comfortably - especially given the fact we were in and out so much given the fabulous location! While it was unseasonably hot while we were there, we found the ability to open the windows and use the fans provided helped to keep things bearable (the lift was also appreciated!). Also, given the fantastic location, a couple of times we returned to the flat during the day to cool down. The flat is close to numerous tube stations and a good grocery store, not to mention Covent Garden, West End theatre venues and plenty of great restaurants. Ian was the best host and made us feel instantly comfortable and welcome; he checked in during our five night stay to make sure everything was going well which was much appreciated. He also provided some wonderful tips to help us navigate the neighbourhood and London. We look forward to staying at this property again next time we are in London!

Convenient location with friendly host

The location was awesome. Convenient to everything. Host - Ian was very friendly and helpful with directions to accommodation and arranged to meet with keys even when our flight delayed and we had a late arrival. Apartment was clean. There were fans but not enough to cool the apartment.

− The one thing pulls the score down for us is the lack of air conditioning and unfortunately hot summer days which made the apartment stifling.

Location and host were excellent, looking forward to coming back.

Ian the property owner was very friendly and helpful. It's not often that you have a host met you at the property and we felt If we needed him he was contactable. Location was absolutely perfect.

Our host Ian was fantastic and very accessible and accommodating. The location is in a fantastic area within steps from Trafalgar Square and the national Gallery. Check-in was very easy and the apartment perfectly spacious with an extra bathroom, which was great for a couple travelling with their adult daughter. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to London.

The location was absolutely perfect—we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit, including theaters, restaurants, and major attractions. Being so centrally located also meant we never had to worry about transportation disruptions affecting our plans.
