Apartment needs some work
7.0− The parking garage was a mission to get to on the 8th floor. There was a constant que for lifts which was unpleasant.
I would avoid unless you are only caring about location. This place is a bit of a dump.
6.0The views and the location are fantastic and the only reason we didn’t complain.
− I have to be honest, this is a very, very basic apartment with cheap, nasty furniture and very uncomfortable beds/sofa bed. It needs a really good clean and actually everything needs to be thrown out and replaced. The building attracts some quite undesirable people. It often stinks of pot and we had to take the kids away from the pool because someone 3 balconies up was ‘DJing’ techno music - blasting it to a crowd you wouldn’t want your kids around. I feel sorry for anyone who actually lives in this building.
Good value for money
7.0Location was good for one day stay before the cruise, close to the port. Room facilities were good, with great balcony/view. Communication of the host was timely with smooth checkin process. Pool was fine, overall good value for money, nothing fancy.
− Number of dishes available was not enough for our 6 person family. Nothing to see around if you are fan of walking tours.

10.0The apartment was excellent. The bedroom had 2 double bed, nice bathroom, kitchen and living room. It is in a good position in Miami for us close to Metrorail, restaurants, shops etc. The hosts kept us informed all the time. We would recommend the apartment to anyone.

− Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with the cleanliness of the unit. The place was extremely dirty when we arrived, and the dishes/glassware were not properly cleaned. There was also a very unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. This was disappointing and not what we expected based on the listing.
