Bien placé et rénové, il manque un petit effort/agencement pour être vraiment agréable.
7.0Logement proche des transports sur ligne menant facilement au centre, commerces à proximité. On voit que l'appartement à été rénové récemment. Beaucoup de signalisation/consignes dans l'appartement. Gestionnaire réactif (a envoyé un technicien réparé la rambarde trouvée cassée à notre arrivée en 1h).
− Le ménage est très limite (on a du nettoyer à notre arrivée : miette sur le canapé/sièges, aspirateur plein à craquer, ventilateur plein de poussière). Impossible de manger à plus de 5 sur la table en verre (vraiment pas pratique pour une famille) et pas de table dans la cuisine. Poêles et casseroles en quantité limité et fatiguées. Quartier assez bruyant.

− Pełno kurzu w grzejnikach, listwach,żeluzjach. Brudna łazienka. Najwìekszym minusem było brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem codziennie w godzinach 21-9.
