10.0Everything is perfect and the location is excellent and the price is perfect also the a owner is very cooperative with us really appreciate that they are very nice and friendly people I recommend this property for everyone wants stay in Madrid.

Good but was harassed by staff for €60 for late check in which wasn’t in their terms and

− There were lots of flat doors opening and Shutting which was noisy.

2.0Ubicación del sitio.
− Mala experiencia previa a la entrada. Reservé sin reserva meses antes y me dijeron que cancelará porque tenían obras del piso esos días, les dije que cancelaran ellos y no lo hicieron ignorando mis mensajes durante mucho tiempo, tuve que reservar otros alojamientos para asegurar mi estancia. Finalmente, días antes me dijeron que si que estaba disponible pero tuvimos el miedo y incertidumbre hasta la misma mañana de entrada que nos contestaron el mensaje. Muy mala experiencia. Las sabanas de 2 camas estaban sucias y los cojines con pelos. No lo habían limpiado de los anteriores huéspedes. Sensación de suciedad en habitaciones.

10.0Everything was good. At the beginning, it was a little difficult to find the entrance, and there are a few steps before reaching the elevator. We personally didn’t need to use the elevator, but I’m mentioning this so that guests with disabilities are aware of it.

− Accessoires ménagers insuffisants (casseroles, essoreuse salade, passoire etc) Dommage que la technologie remplace le contact humain lors de notre arrivée.
