1.0− Ich kam nicht ins Apartment !! Es gab keinen Schlüssel, am Telefon war ein externer Dienstleister der nicht helfen konnte. Es war 22:30 Nachts. Ich musste mir ein anderes Hotel suchen, da ich nicht ins Appartment kam.
