We had a terrible experience.

− On arrival in the apartment I realised it was falsely advertised, machine and tumble dryer were listed in the apartment, but they were outside the building for the whole community, on top of it machine wasn't working. I kindly informed the owner, asking for solution, but she assured me it is easy to use and that it was working fine couple of days ago. A day later cleaning crew confirmed that machine is not working. The owner promised that issue will be fixed within 72hrs and that they will inform me, which never happened. I requested a cancellation( as a group of people that work every day, machine and tumble dryer were neccesity for us) but that made them angry. I only got a message: can you explain your cancellation, checkout is tomorrow by 10am. I explained myself and kindly asked for a refund only for the upcoming days and that we will move out as they requested. 7 days I was trying to reach them, had endless calls with booking, they were not able to reach this person as well, she pretended like nothinh happened. She only sent me a message 7 days later( original date where we supposed to go out) that we should check out. I told her again that we moved out 7 days before, that she knows, wasn't answering on purpose and now claiming how everything was working. Meanwhile they changed the information of the apartment as soon as I made a complaint about false advertisement. She sad she knows nothing about cancellation, even though she messaged my 7 days prior why did I cancell. She hasn't done any refund, and said she has no attention as she never received a cancellation. The AC filters were dusty and clogged, oven was dirty, bed uncomfy, and bugs like coacroaches, fly, as well as rats, cats and chickens were around the whole neighbourhood. It wasn't a safe environment and it was too loud. Beds were uncomfy and water preasure was literally so low, that I would take you 1 hr to take a "quick" shower.
