10.0My one-bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made the stay even more comfortable. The reception staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. I would definitely stay here again

10.0I stayed at this apartment hotel and was really happy with my experience. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great right in the city center and close to everything. What I especially liked was that the reception staff speak Russian and English, which made communication super easy. It’s a great place, especially if you’re planning a longer stay

10.0Ich war mit diesem Aparthotel sehr zufrieden. Es liegt zentral in der Innenstadt, was ein großer Vorteil ist. Das Apartment war groß, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet und ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst hilfsbereit und sprach sehr gut Englisch. Ich hatte ein 1+1-Apartment gebucht; es war sehr sauber, hell und angenehm eingerichtet. Insgesamt eine sehr komfortable und entspannte Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert.

1.0− Kesinlikle temiz değildi 10 gün kaldık ve 10 gün sürecinde temizlik personeli gelmedi. Çarşafların değiştirilmesini talep ettik değiştirilmedi çıkıştakı dolaptan temiz çarşaf alıp değişerkense temizlikçi evinizde 2 günde bir çarşaf mı değişiyorsunu yanıtını verdi. Halbu ki, artık konakladığımızın 7 ci günündeydik. Buz dolabının buzluk kısımı tamamen buzla kaplı olduğundan kullanmak mümkün degildi bildirdik ama yine temizlenmedi. Ütü ve süpürge bozuktu. Apartmanın Kombi sistemi kaldığımız odada kuruluydu dolaba saklı şekilde kendimiz dışında diğer odalar da sıcak su kullandığı duş aldığı zaman ve ses sürekli rahatsız ediyordu
