10.0Property was in good shape, close to airport, and free of bugs which was a pleasant surprise for Miami. Communication with host was excellent and the neighborhood is decent. You can even catch nice sunsets through the big living room window.

− The area was TERRIBLE! HORRIBLE LOCATION! VERY VERY BAD AREA! For the price that you pay it was NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! INFESTED WITH BUGS! The air barely worked. The owner took forever to respond back to me. I messaged her for a break in took her 2 days to reply back! She claims never saw my message. After I texted her AND left a voice mail stating why I was calling. Totally unacceptable.
