7.0The apartment was close to the tube station which made a quick ride to the central areas. The manager (?) of the apartment was responsive and allowed us to leave our bags after check out, which being with kids, helped a lot. The apartment was clean and you could find needed items in the kitchen for cooking. There was a washing machine and a clothing rack as well. Generally quiet but there was some outside noise from the pubs nearby,
− Two out of four kitchen chairs were loose and on the verge of breaking that we couldn't sit on them and no one came to fix or replace them during our stay. The current pots and pans need to be thrown out as they are burnt and scratched, which is a health hazard. The duvet and pillow covers, especially the sofa-bed ones, even though were washed, had permanent stains on them. New covers should be bought. The mattress in the bedroom was very soft, you could feel every little movement. The entryway lacked coat hooks and storage was quite poor, there was only a small space in the wardrobe, for max 1-2 people. Only double size duvets were provided, and after asking for single duvets, only one was provided. Not everyone likes to sleep with double size duvets and it should be an option to get a change of single duvets instead. There was no fan in the bathroom, which should be a must so that the bathroom could properly ventilate and prevent excess moisture buildup and mold.
