Fantastic apartment, modern , charming , clean , well located!!!!

The property is beautiful, very modern and updated but with decor of old world charm . Beautiful exposed wooden beams . Very large and spacious, has a cute view of the canal, big windows. Right in the center of the Jewish ghetto close to so many restaurants and shops , very nice hosts who accommodated us last minute. The host was also gracious enough to allow us a late check out , they were so nice . We had to switch apartments last minute because the previous one lied about having air conditioning. This apartment has two mini split AC’s and the cooled down the living area nicely .

− The second mini split is positioned in the hall way , in a way that if you close the bedrooms doors the air doesn’t reach the rooms . So I would recommend installing a third mini split and vent between the two bedrooms, or some ceiling fans or something like that . Incase families or friends staying together want to sleep with bedroom door closed for more privacy. I also recommend hanging a current in the living room where the canal door is , so that sun doesn’t wake up people sleeping on the couch bed in the AM . But over all it’s a fantastic apartment. We loved our stay !!!

Location in the ghetto was ok. But it felt a tad unsafe.

− The foul smell either from the canal or the sewerage was intense at night. Avoided the living area at night.

It was decent for a two day stay where we spent the majority of time outside.

L’emplacement à l’écart des hordes de touristes, le fait qu’il y ait de l’espace, les deux chambres séparées, le lit de « princesse » beaucoup apprécié de nos filles, la vue sur le canal avec la mini terrasse, la jolie place avec de bonnes pizza juste devant

− Le sol est froid (normal c’est au rez-de-chaussée), des petites pantoufles fines de type hôtel sont fournies. Attention à l’adaptateur à la cuisine qui donne des petites décharges
