8.0Everything was spotless until I got into the shower and noticed a glob of long hair stuck to the shower wall. If you’re not on the side where the sun hits directly the rooms are dark and drab. Not sure whose idea was it to pain those rooms with dark warm floors but it doesn’t work. If you order food delivery they will not bring it to your room or allow the delv guy up.

4.0We had a family suite. The sliding doors fell off the wall which was not great. If they fell on our child it would have caused terrible damage. Bad health and safety issue. We reported to the front desk in the morning but it was not sorted out when we got back at 8pm. We could not use the room. Cleanliness of the rooms poor. Blood smeared in the bathroom. Reported it and not remedied.

10.0Great stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Love the neighborhood and convent transportation (bus and metro).
