− The agent that was texting me for the registration cancelled it. The agent Jennifer said that my registration had to be submitted be fore 12 pm business day. I booked this place on Friday evening around 6:30pm. I’m very unsatisfied with this. I paid for a night I drove 5 hours to this place and cancelled on me last minute. I also paid $50 more for a key to go in the rental. I think this was a scam. I need my refund back. I did read if I CANCELED I would not get my refund but I didn’t cancelled the agent cancel the reservation.

− I didn’t even sleep there I had to go sleep somewhere else. it’s the worst customer service they don’t even answer also the phone goes to voice message it’s a SCAM GUYS don’t book this place . BIG SCAM SCAM !!!! And they don’t refund ur money back even if you blocked the same day …
