9.0The location is so good. Handy walk to everything. Leicester square station about 140 yds away. Easy walk to Oxford st. Covent garden right there with all the food options.
− Because u r so central there is a lot of activity around the area so some noise however the double glazing helps drowning it out

1.0The location was nice. Close to Leicester sq.
− There’s absolutely no air-conditioning in this apartment. The heat was at all-time level high and they threw in one small fan. It was absolutely impossible to stay safely in the room. Also, when we arrived, the lockbox was completely left open with the keys, exposed for anybody passing by to access our room before we even arrived. It did not feel safe. We communicated both of these safety concerns, one for our health and one for our physical safety, and both were completely unaddressed and told us that they would not refund our money. We did not stay in the property because it was not possible to safely do so with the heat and we had to buy a very expensive hotel room last minute.
This is a perfect studio apartment in the heart of Covent Garden London.

− Poor value for money. Small, very hot inside and unbearable in hot weather. TV not fully functional with poor antenna. Fridge had ice. Bathroom tap leaking. Feedback on stay provided. Customer service post stay for partial refund request rejected but discount offered for next stay. They advised the ‘ room didn’t advertise aircon’ so too bad my experience was poor.
