Lo elegí por la relación entre ubicación y precio, para un alojamiento con baño privado. Por lo que pagué está muy bien, en una zona residencial de Wynwood muy cerca de Design District y de la zona de más movimiento en Wynwood. Había agua en la heladera, filtrada, y un aire acondicionado frío para darle batalla al calor de Miami.

− Es un tema de preferencias, pero la cama me resultó muy blanda.

EVERYTHING! It was perfect! Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom. No complaints at all

Tudo completo e uma bairro bem tranquilo e local. Tinha até videogame para distrair. Tudo muito limpo e confortável para um casal, muito embora estava sozinho nesse dia e ter ficado só 02 dias. É um lugar que voltaria com mais tempo.

Cute little house, equipped with everything you need for a short stay, and with lots of personal touches. All of Wynwood and Design District in walking distance, and the hosts are extremely helpful and friendly

My stay was disappointing—the unit wasn’t cleaned, no fresh towels were provided, and I had to dry off with paper towels

I’ve stayed here several times, including just two days prior to this visit, and it has always been an excellent experience. However, this stay was very different. When I arrived close to midnight, the unit had not been cleaned—the bed had been slept in and the towels had been used. The owner, who happened to be outside, told me he wasn’t aware the unit was booked and admitted it had been occupied the night before but not cleaned. He assured me it would be taken care of the next day, and I also messaged to request fresh towels. He responded that it would be handled, but when I returned around 10 p.m. the following evening, nothing had been cleaned and no towels were provided. No further communication followed. I really enjoy this property and have always had great stays in the past, but this experience was disappointing and very out of character compared to my previous visits.
