8.0The flat is in a great location. Next to the Holland Park underground and convenient little shops all around (food, drink, necessities, bakery). The flat is very comfortable and everything you need is there. It includes a washer/dryer which is helpful. There are a lot is stairs which can hard especially with a lot of luggage.

− Unable to get any sort of response from property owners either via several emails and numerous phone calls to adjust the time of entry and to enquire about a fan as it was very hot. No response was far worse than just being told that our request was not feasible!
