− Accueil expéditif sans visite ni explications Pas de torchon mais de l'essuie tout grrrrr pour l'écologie et la gestion des déchets... vaisselle pas toujours propre dans le placard cafetière comme on en voit plus... pas de cafetière italienne non plus. pas de café ni de sucre à dispo ni d'eau fraîche dans le frigo. rien.... Pour le prix payé, je trouve ça abusé ! La terrasse mériterait un peu d'aménagement : coussin sur les chaises et brises vues voisin serait un plus A déconseiller si personnes ont des problèmes pour monter les escaliers car une chambre en rez de chaussée et cuisine au 2 eme étage.

10.01/2 block off a canal near the train station / really great restaurants nearby / 2 master suites on separate levels / patio on the roof was awesome
− 3rd bed/sleeping area was a walk through between levels and right outside the 2nd level suite / the hall bathroom was next to the open sleeping area / there was a couch that folded out to sleep directly inside the front door, so not ideal, but there was space :)

10.0The property was wonderful! The two bedrooms are spacious and have their own full baths. Living area and kitchen are open and is a great area to hang out. The location is perfectly situated 10 minutes from train station and has a water taxi stop two minutes away. It’s a quiet area away from all the tourists! An easy 25 minute walk to St Marks and Doge. We definitely would stay here again!
− It’s not a dislike but a couple suggestions. We loved having the washing machine but since there isn’t a dryer, maybe could have a collapsible drying rack to use to hang clothes on to dry. Also, we were caught in pop up storms a couple times so maybe have a couple umbrellas in the holder would be helpful for guests. Regardless, we absolutely would still stay here again!!

10.0Это не апартамент, а целый небольшой прекрасно оборудованный дом с удобным расположением. Особенно приятно, что каждая спальня располагает собственной ванной комнатой. Хозяева были очень любезны и заселили нас раньше установленного времени.
− Если бы в доме была кофемашина, можно было бы смело ставить 11 баллов из 10.
