Excellent vintage London lodgings in a lovely area

A treasure of a place near the Columbia Rd, feels like a tiny slice of London in Victorian times. Spacious, nice views over the neighboring streets and rooftops, private, enchanting hidden stairway entrance. Even though we didn’t end up using it, we were charmed by the welcome basket of ingredients and instructions for making a simple pasta, along with a bottle of wine.

− Bathroom was a bit awkward, and communication with the owners wasn’t always smooth or easy.
