9.0The apartment was modern clean and very well equipped. It was located in a very quiet residential street within easy walking distance of Acton High Street and the main line and tube stations . Only a few stops on the Elizabeth Ljne from Heathrow and onwards to Central London . The balcony was wonderful and very private . It overlooks a lovely garden and green area beyond . The hosts were very attentive and we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Beware staying here. It was a horrible experience.
1.0The flat was clean and stylish
− There was a full length mirror in the bedroom that had severe cracks in it and a hole in the wall that I should have been told about as I spent the whole day worrying that I would be charged for it. I immediately informed the property when I discovered the damaged mirror and wall. I was told The “team” was going to investigate it and it was several hours before I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the prior damage. I would never recommend staying with an Omega owned property. They are overpriced, unethical, and a horrible company to deal with.
