The house itself was very nicely furnished & clean. The supplies were sufficient. The backyard was entertaining and had a lot of things to do for adults and kids. The description and pics on their listing, is fairly accurate. Our intentions were to hang out there with family the whole time but disappointed as we couldn't do that without all the added stressors. I'd Give it a much higher review if it weren't for all the problems and the poor customer service. As we were not properly compensated and were ignored by the owner.

− For a 3 night stay Day 1 & 2: The pool was cold on the day of arrival, had to deal with the pool guys on and off the 1st and 2nd day we were there. It never warmed up so we couldn't use it. The hot tub was only as warm as the temp of the pool should have been. The lights in backyard were constantly flickering and a couple lights didn't work at all. Remote for lights had no signage so we had to guess how to use them. Washer and dryer kept turning off before cycle ended so it was a constant back and forth with our laundry. Day 3: Overnight around 1am, we heard a big bang that sounded like a car crash & noticed the A/C stopped working and the pool/spa jets also stopped. By breakfast time we discovered the stove and oven weren't working, so we couldn't make breakfast. Discovered there was a major Hydro line that caused the blast sound. We were forced to leave the house so the city can fix it and we couldn't cook the groceries we bought to make for breakfast and lunch. By the time it was fixed it was late afternoon, day 3. Although the pool heater was now working, it was an an electrical heater therefore it would take up to a full day to reach the heat settings. We would check out the morning of Day 4 so we missed that opportunity. By the end of our 3 full days we were there, we never really got to experience the pool and hot tub properly (which was a major reason we booked it), as we are from Canada and was hoping to take full advantage of the warmer Florida weather. I had to deal with a lot of back and forth issues and major electrical problems with the owner/house. Ofc, not how we should be spending our vacay. We ended up throwing out a lot of food that we were not able to cook. Although I tried to deal with these issues directly with owner and was very patient, as he was not replying. He mentioned he would compensate us, but in the end we were not compensated appropriately. After escalating to booking.
