9.0Lokalizacja, w pobliżu delikatesy, sklepy , azjatyckie knajpy, blisko do metra. Na plus wyposażenie mieszkania i metraż, 5 pokoi z możliwością spania w każdym. Kontakt z personelem, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.
− Klatka schodowa, wejśćie po schodach na drugie piętro (3 kondygnacja). Nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale komuś może nie odpowiadać.

− Старая квартира в нижней части Манхэттена. Не работала плита (снимал именно квартиру с плитой чтобы можно было готовить для своих маленьких детей), не работал холодильник, на мои неоднократные просьбы плиту и холодильник не починили (ужасное отношение персонала объекта), ужасный запах в подъезде, который проникает в квартиру.

− The heating in the apartment is not perfect. Only 2 of the four rooms had heating, and we were in December
