A wonderful, spacious, and comfortable apartment that stayed cool even during Berlin’s heat wave

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Berlin and would absolutely recommend it. We arrived during an extreme heat wave, with temperatures reaching 41°C, and although Berlin is known for not having much air conditioning, the apartment stayed impressively cool. The property is clearly very well built and comfortable, even in unusual weather conditions. The apartment itself was clean, beautiful, and very spacious. The backyard was also lovely and made the stay feel even more relaxing. The property owners were excellent—kind, helpful, and very welcoming. The location is a little outside the city center, but public transport is easily accessible, which made getting around simple. There are also beautiful lakes nearby for swimming, which was a great bonus. Overall, staying here was one of the best decisions we made for our trip. A perfect 10 out of 10.

Dobra lokacija, jako miran kraj, malo vise udaljen od centra ali dobro povezan autobusima i vozom, takodje taxi do centra je oko 20 evra i treba mu 25 minuta, apartman je nov, prelep i ima sve sto je potrebno, gazda je jako prijatan covek, sve u svemu odlican odnos cene i kvaliteta

− Prva dva dana nije bilo tople vode ali je u dogovoru sa vlasnicima reseno, krevet je jako neudoban, trebalo bi zameniti dusek na krevetu, drugi dan smo pusili u apartmanu jer smo bili nervozni jer se nismo mogli okupati, gazdarica je bila jako neljubazna iako smo joj rekli da necemo vise pusiti jer cemo sutra moci da se istusiramo, isto je bila jako neprijatna zato sto smo izasli iz apartmana u 11 30 umesto u 11 00, ocena 8 je samo zbog gazdarice, da smo saradjivali samo sa gazdom bila bi 10.

For a family with a car like us, this apartment is absolutely perfect! It is located in a beautiful, quiet suburb, close to a small lake. Everything was great – clean, cozy, and very peaceful. Having a free parking spot on-site was a huge plus and saved us a lot of stress.

− It is a bit far from fast public transport to the center of Berlin, but if you are traveling by car, this is not an issue at all.
