Lovely well equipped apartment in great location
9.0Loved the location above the best bakery and in a lovely neighbourhood but still close to main sights. Tastefully decorated and clean, also with thoughtful book filled with local tips. Very comfortable and we enjoyed the rooftop terrace!
− Everything was great but dont take heavy suitcases due to steep stairs.

Nette und gute Restaurants und Bars super nahe, ein wirklich toller Tip für einen Venedigaufenthalt, egal wie lange! Der Vermieter, Andrea, super sympathisch und hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar, Danke Andrea für die schönen Tage in deinem Appartment!

10.0The apartment was clean, wonderfully styled with comfortable spaces. We felt very safe and the building was quiet despite the high tourist traffic. Dorsoduro, where this apartment is located, is close to everything and quite a bit is accessible by walking. We were so close to many, many eating choices, a grocery mart and we had everything we needed to make meals in or eat take away at the apartment. The rooftop overlook was a nice way to enjoy meals or drinks after a day out. Ilaria, the property manager, was in constant conversation with us and even helped us with a private transfer to the apartment. This private water taxi helped as it was raining at check in and we did not have to figure out the water taxi situation on our own. She met us and helped check us in. Very kind person and a very easy process.
