9.0Hôtel bien placé dans un très beau quartier proche de la station Paddington et du centre. Le hall d'accueil, les parties communes et la chambre sont décorés avec goût. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle et très agréable.

6.0The location is fairy tail London … very Bridgerton for all those fans. The front desk staff were very kind, if a bit chaotic.
− The restaurant which is in the hotel seems to be operated independently which does not work. The staff there were not set up to respond to guest expectations and seemed oblivious to their location. The manager of the restaurant was particularly rude to multiple guests. I gave this feedback to the hotel staff and they seemed genuinely interested and concerned.
