6.0Location is great. In a quiet neighborhood but very accessible to the bustle and hustle of Venice. Guess it’s decent price in Venice. And it’s quite clean.
− The property is sharing a staircase with another neighbor. You can literally hear every movement from the neighbors: walking up the stairs, opening and closing doors. During the 3 night we were staying, they came back at around 23:30; and left early in the morning. So your sleep is definitely disrupted. Communication with the organization is not great. Had to wait and chase on their replies on practical matters. And we didn’t feel much at ease most of time, due to the hefty warnings everywhere inside the room - fail to clean out the trash? up to €xxx fine; fail to put back the keys? €600 fine; etc. I mean I understand the city regulations etc and we are happy to oblige as tourists. But it’s the communication around the property that makes us feel we are not trusted with our behaviors.
