10.0En mycket rymlig lägenhet som utan problem rymmer upp till tolv personer. Det finns många rum och även om huset är gammalt är det mycket välskött och väldigt rent. Sängarna var fantastiskt bekväma med riktigt bra madrasser, och läget var utmärkt. Det här är definitivt ett ställe jag gärna skulle återvända till. Om jag befinner mig i området igen skulle jag utan tvekan välja att bo här en gång till.
− Den enda nackdelen jag skulle nämna är att lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen och att det inte finns någon hiss. Om man har tunga resväskor eller reser med barn blir det ganska jobbigt att bära upp allting.

9.0The location was great. Just down the street from the train station or the Gugli boat stop. Venice is beautiful, and this apartment fits right in. It was large and perfectly accommodated our big family group.
− I would be hesitant to levy any criticism, however if pushed, my only complaint would be the stairs. Obviously this is not the hosts fault, I am sure putting in an elevator would be near impossible. That said, there are a lot of stairs to get to the top floor here.

10.0It’s nice, cozy, clean , spacious and excellent location. As a family we Really enjoyed our stay. Also the Host was very supportive and helpful. If next I come to Venice this is my place I will sure to love to stay.
