− No toiletries in property, not even toilet rolls. Requested iron but received no reply, refrigerator broke on the Sunday, messaged via booking.com, no reply. Address stated on booking.com is NOT the address we were told to go to, pictures of flat were correct, but no garden view as stated on description of property
