It was so affordable , heating was on POINT!!! . The home is honestly so beautiful I will be booking again . The host was so kind. And quite area . Only think I would say is not enough toilet roll

The apartment is a decent size, but it is quite cold, especially the living room and one of the bedrooms! Also, it's amazing that the water taps don't work in the large bathroom, so it's impossible to use the shower, because the water is boiling hot! For such an expensive and "luxurious" apartment, you should invest in faucets, because it's not very expensive! Also, the hygiene should be a little better, the oven was dirty and felt in the living room! The beds are comfortable, but there are no extra sheets that could be used!

The appartment was nice at first. The living room was huge and great place to meet with others. Public transport to the city center was fine (bus stop right in front of the building and underground nearby).

− Most of window handles were broken and windows could not be properly closed (in December)! The property owner is not native and it is difficult to talk to. He promised to reach out to maintenance and we never heard back from him ever after. The appartment was not clean at all, seems like it’s heavily used for parties. The lift can only take you from the groundfloor to the 3rd floor, then you have to take stairs to the 4th floor (works ok when going down), this information was missing in instructions. There were leftovers in the fridge. Visible dust in every room. Stains on the carpets. We’ve killed couple of moths. Most of the furnite was damaged (cabinets, chairs, etc.). There was not enough heating (probably only in bathrooms) and it takes days to heat the entire flat. Cheap toilet paper.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and cozy. We found there anything we needed and spent excellent evenings, as long as we were visiting London during the day. We especially liked the carpet from the bedroom, so soft and warm, the livingroom and kitchen area so well equipped and organised. The location is great, quiet neighbourhood, right next to a nice park. It was very easy for us to get transportation to the city center.

− Bathrooms felt a little cold at times and there would have been useful some minimal furniture on the balcony. Also, it would be good to specify better which apartments have espresso machine or toaster, as long as they are present in the description and we did not have them. A check of the shower water taps in the bathroom with no windows could be done. And a ventilation system for that specific bathroom would be extremely useful if possible.
