The place itself is high end: very modern, new, stylish and specious. We loved every piece of furniture in it and also the beautiful balcony. Location is just perfect. We needed by international airport, it was just 10 minutes away and no noise from planes. Also parking was available and included in price. It’s very important in big cities and we had a car. It’s so in the middle of parks, shops… very pretty part of Miami and very clean.

− Couple things I did not like. First, we never had a chance to use a pool ,cos of hurricane it was shut down.Second, I believed price for place seemed appropriate when I was paying for it on line. But after I booked everything already I got an email where it said that I need to pay amenities fee $50 for each person by arrival. It was 3 of us.. so count. And I couldn’t do cancellations at this point already. I thought when you book the hotel it’s included in price, that’s what you pay for: amenities !!! Another thing, it’s 3 of us and it’s only one key for everyone…???!!! And another down side was the security thing about the whole building. It was such a hustle and bustle with those keys to go to parking is one key, to go lobby another… and at the end they ask you to leave the keys in the unit after I check out… how do I get down from the unit without the key? You can’t even get into the elevator without keys!!! When I asked reception guy if I can leave the key with him from the garage cos we had to leave by the car. He made a problem out of it.
