Overall, it’s been a 10/10 great stay!

We had a 27-night long stay and because of how hotels are more expensive than apartments for long stay travellers, I would say it is value for money in comparison to hotels. The kitchen was very clean, lots of pans and pots to use. If you happen to stay here over the new year, then if you go up to the terrace you could see the fireworks with slightly blocked view (see as attached) Bed and sofa were both very comfy, and the location is perfect, having Brunswick centre around 4-5 mins walk makes life a lot easier, and takes around the same time to access both Russell Square and King’s Cross St Pancras stations.

− I’ve seen reviews on the noise and staircases. Personally, I’m very sensitive to noises so I was a bit worried, though earplugs worked for me so the noise issue could be resolved quite easily. The staircases are pretty steep so had to be careful when handling luggages, but it was still manageable. For winters, the fixed one in the bedroom wasn’t that warm, but there’s a portable radiator and it worked very well and warmed the room up, so if you’re very scared of cold then consider bring more clothes etc. , for me it wasn’t that big of an issue since the portable radiator is doing its job!

Convenient location but access is challenging for older travellers. Large space over 3 floors.

Convenient location walking distance to St Pancras and Russell Street tube stations. Large sized unit spread over two floors with a third floor balcony. Unit well equipped with cooking facilities and washing machine. Furnishings are somewhat dated.Unit is over

− Access is difficult to the unit on second floor and made very tricky as the narrow split door entry opens direct from stairs, there is no landing. Difficult for us as older travellers with medium sized suitcases. Can be noisy at night as Norfolk Arms pub with outside tables is next door. Numerous light switches are disconnected or don't seem to turn on any lights, confusing to locate the correct ones. More an older style flat with lots of family memorabilia.

Very clear instructions for entry. Utterly charming place - exactly what an apartment in Bloomsbury should be!

− Some tiny refinements would enhance - example - no bin in the bathroom vs instructions to not flush anything else down the toilet.
