− Strict checkin time so no option to drop off luggage an hour earlier than check in
We were twelve hours late arriving because of delayed flights. But easily accessed and central.

10.0The apartment was great: the bed was comfy, the ACC was strong, was able to fully darken the room and it had good isolation from outside noise.

7.0− I requested an earlier check in as I had a child with me. It was not possible in order to clean. When we entered at 16:30pm the apartment there were a lot of bugs and dirt under the bed. I wrote to the administration and they claimed the cleaning team said it’s clean. Bizarre to believe employees over your client that sends you pictures. Then miraculously also late check out was possible, initially denied even if i offered to pay. We left the day before anyways as I really couldn’t sleep more in a room with curtain bugs.

9.0The location is very good and it is clean. The kitchen is well-equipped, so I can cook my own meals.
− It would be nice if additional towels were provided depending on the length of the stay.
