− Single glazing so if you’re a light sleeper and unused to city noise you may want earplugs.

The location of the flat is great. We walked everywhere during our stay. You are a short walk from Marylebone High St with a good Waitrose for food shopping - also the Waitrose in the basement of John Lewis, the M&S Foodhall and Selfridges Foodhall. These were perfect for our stay. Plus lots of coffee shops and cafes nearby. There was a Farmers Market happening the weekend we were there, which was fantastic. If you know about Gails, there is one on Marylebone High St - the place for the best pastries! The Wallace Collection is on the doorstep - free access to some of the world's best artworks - a must visit. Oxford St is very close by. The bed was super comfy. Everything was spotless.

− Instructions of how to find the keybox were missing so it took an hour of messaging before we had the info and could get in. We had to request an oven tray as nothing oven-proof was provided. There are no manuals for the white goods so we guessed how to use these. There were no plugs for the bath or kitchen sink. On request, these were provided the following day but didn't fit so we went out and bought a universal plug from the shop across the road. The bath taps don't work - you can only fill the bath using the showerhead. No washing up brush or sponge provided, so we bought one - some of the plates are too high for the dishwasher so have to be washed by hand. There are a few basic provisions - tea bags, coffee sachets, salt and pepper sachets but these are small and you'll need to buy your own once these run out. No basic supplies such as cooking oil, sugar, jars of tea and coffee, foil or cling film. The flat is on the fourth floor with a lift - that is fine but it is very noisy. It overlooks Wigmore St which is constantly busy with traffic noise, even throughout the night. Bring ear plugs! It's these niggles that brought our review score so low. Hopefully, they will be sorted for the next set of guests.

Amazing apartment, very big and super clean, perfect choice

The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures, very spacious for one or two people, living room is quite big and the bedroom is as well, very big kitchen you can use it for many things. The location is incredible it’s in the heart of Marylebone and a street down from selfridges. So many restaurants around you and cafes as well as shopping. Definitely coming back again

− The apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator was not work. We didn't know that when we booked the apartment.

A delightful, spacious one bedroom apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommended.
