We had a great stay at Sammie’s Place. It was clean, well laid out and good value for London rental. We stayed a month.

As advertised a nice bright spacious apartment.
10.0Yes its a bright spacious 1st floor apartment as suggested in its name. About 15 stairs (no lift) to reach the apartment’s front door after entering into the building. Living area and kitchen are at the front of the apartment and are large and comfortable. Down the corridor toward the rear there is a modern bright bathroom and then down several stairs to the split level bedroom which has a large window letting in more light. As the bedroom is the furthest away from the street, it was quiet when sleeping. Very nice coffee shop, grocery store and the County Arms pub all 1 min away. The bus stop also 1 min away. Very convenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed it. The flat is well equipped, clean, lovely linen and Sam was wonderful.
9.0− The only issue we had and it is not a complaint we found the double bed on the small size.
