9.0Sehr schönes Apartment im 2. Stock. Die Lage, direkt bei Covent Garden ist herrlich. Ja, man hört die Geräusche der Stadt, aber dafür ist man ja auch mittendrin, dies hat man ja so gewählt. Uns störte es nicht im geringsten. Der Zugang mit Code ist sehr komfortabel. Unser Gepäck durften wir im Büro (5 Min zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt) abstellen, bis wir einchecken konnten. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

3.0The apartment itself was clean, modern and well-presented.
− Unfortunately, sleep was impossible. A church right outside the bedroom window chimed every hour through the night, and the old dorma windows offered no sound insulation — we were woken with every chime and only managed short stints of sleep. From 8am there was loud building work directly outside (hammering and a circular saw), and with no blackout blinds the room was flooded with daylight. On arrival, the door code didn’t work and we spent 20 minutes on hold before getting access. We ended up leaving a night early, but despite our complaint, no refund was given. Multiple reviews mention these same issues, which have clearly been ignored.
Wonderful Apartment in heart of Covent Garden
9.0Great apartment located right in the heart of Covent Garden. Apartment was very clean throughout and well presented. Great layout with a large living area, a great mezzanine level and a small roof top balcony which was great to use on hot summer evenings. Easy access to building and apartment at any time using door codes. Kitchen was well kitted out and bathroom was very modern and clean. Bedroom is at back of building and while there is some audible street noise during the day it was quiet at night allowing a good sleep.
− No lift in building - apartment on 4th floor - but stairs provided a good work out ! Otherwise everything was pretty perfect.

Great location, but you need to walk somewhere else for the keys and if you have luggage... problem.

− We got a £210 per day rate via Booking.com, inclusive of cleaning. When we asked for 1 additional night, they asked for £255. Rip-off
