5.0None of the TV channels worked. The key fob stopped working, I messaged about it and was told they would replace it the next day. I asked if they were leaving it in the apartment. That message went unanswered until I messaged again and then there was no response to the message I sent. Very inconvenient to have to go to the lobby to get the concierge to unlock the lift because my key fob didn’t work. Not good enough for the price.
