We had a mixed experience staying at this property. There were several positive aspects that we appreciated. On the positive side, the location was very convenient, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We also appreciated the breakfast items and coffee that were provided, which was a thoughtful gesture. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of clean towels and bed linens available. We also appreciated that the check-in process was straightforward and convenient, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. The apartment offered enough space for us and we felt that the host had made an effort to provide the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

− However, there were several drawbacks. The apartment had a noticeable musty, damp smell throughout our stay. Most of the windows could not be opened, with the only exception being the door/window leading to the terrace, making it difficult to ventilate the space. The property also seemed to need some renovation and maintenance, although we understand this may not be something that can be addressed immediately. The cleanliness upon arrival was below expectations, and there were quite a few ants inside the property. Additionally, while the listing showed a sofa bed, it could not be properly unfolded or used as intended, which was disappointing. Overall, while the property has potential thanks to its good location and some thoughtful amenities, we believe that improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, ventilation, and accuracy of the listing would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Location excellent - great for the Arsenal supporters amongst us and easy to get to tube station for travel into London. Bus route right on the door step, local convenience store close by and some decent eateries for breakfast too. Property although a little tired and would benefit from a little TLC. The garden area could be a little jewel too, just needed tided up a bit, grass cut etc - no biggie but it all adds to the overall experience. The apartment had all the equipment needed for a relaxing stay after a long day out and about. Beds were comfy especially the pillows. Kitchen area had everything you would need although we only used the fridge, kettle and coffee machine all ideal. The best part for us was the lovely hot powerful shower - this was fantastic and well needed after a long day in London and for our early morning wake ups. Communication before our stay was very good with prompt response when questions were asked.

− The apartment was in an excellent location and as said could really benefit from some TLC - some little touch ups here and there but it did not stop us thoroughly enjoying our stay.

Great stay, hosted with personal care, would definitely book again!

It started out on a bad note actually because the booked property had an issue. But we got an equally fit option even closer to the center. Open communication ánd real care ( breakfast provided, fast replies and problem solving,..)

− It was a bit cold in the smallest room but that’s it really as extra bedding was also available!
