Chic property near Tower Hill with a gym♡

Not recommendable, very bad communication

Location is okay, nothing special. There are some small grocery shops nearby and it's about a street over from the nearest metro.

− We were standing in the street in the middle of the night with a phone that was almost drained. The lock box that had the key in it, at first we couldn't find, then it didn't work with the code. We contacted the owner, but they only wanted to communicate through text, Very difficult with a phone that is on 2%, - which I told her, multiple times !!!! We had another phone that we could call with and we tried 10x but she didn't want to pick up. In the end the only reason we got the key out of that lock box was because a neighbor saw us and got a pair of pliers to help us open it. At that point we had been on the street for one and half hours. If not for him we would have been sleeping in the street. Very very bad communication and NO service. We would have been without any baggage cause we had dropped off the bags earlier that day when the cleaning lady was there. She said she couldn't give us a key cause there was only one that she had to put in that lock box. Imagine my anger when - after being out there for 1 1/2 hrs in the middle of the night - we found TWO keys in the lock box. Ridiculous !! Also the property wasn't exactly clean. spots on the floor, chocolate behind the nightstand on the floor and a blind in one bedroom that was broken. Also found blonde hairs on the bathroom floor (I am black haired so definitely not mine). It's not very well maintained. Also it was 33 degrees and all windows were closed, but curtains were open, it felt like a sauna when we finally got in and there is no air conditioning.

− Het sleutelkastje bevond zich niet naast de andere sleutelkastjes. Er was niemand bereikbaar voor informatie. Later, bij nogmaals zoeken in de directe omgeving bij toeval juiste kastje gevonden. Gezien hun bericht over het niet inleveren van de sleutel, wisten ze zelf ook de plek niet meer!

Good size for our group. Close to DLR as we were there for marathon. Clean and comfortable

− A nice touch would have been a pint of milk in the fridge

Comfortable and clean in a peaceful location. Spacious.

− Better guidance to find key box as there were several. Other people must also have tried others as they all had been left on property key code. There was a constant noise in the apartment which disturbed my niece's sleep. No bathmats.

Good value for the location and would stay here again as it suited our needs travelling to London.

Easy to find, nice, clean, and comfortable flat. Lots of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance and good location to get to and from public transport

− Not really the owner of this flat's fault but there are quite a lot of lock boxes located in a similar location to get the key so it took a bit longer to locate the correct one.
