Bellissima casa, arredata con cura per un piacevolissimo soggiorno
9.0Proprietà di pregio, begli arredi, spazi ben divisi. Tante scale ma certamente un bell’alloggio grande. Si sviluppa su tre piani con le camere al secondo e al terzo dove sono le toilettes. Cucina ben attrezzata. Ottima biancheria . Comunicazione veloce e rapida con la gestione, anche reattivi per un piccolo problema segnalato.
− L’unica pecca è la posizione su strada molto trafficata e frequentata, sempre, tutta la notte. La struttura è dotata di doppi vetri, immagino che con le temperature normali il problema sia meno sentito, con il caldo di questi giorni e la necessità di tenere le finestre aperte il rumore si è sentito

− - Check-in was at 3 p.m., but when we arrived at 3:30 p.m., the cleaning lady was still there. We changed our plans and arrived at 5:30 p.m., but the cleaning lady was still there :-( There was no toilet paper in the apartment, we called the owner, but he didn't answer the phone. In addition, the fan in the upper bathroom hummed 24 hours a day and could not be turned off. It was very noisy in the adjacent bedroom. In the colder months, there is a problem with the windows because they are very drafty. The house needs more maintenance. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, but there were no capsules, so bring your own. Be careful when taking over and handing over the apartment! Unfortunately, we were not thorough and did not take good photos of everything. Two days after leaving the apartment, the owner contacted us saying that we had damaged the TV and that he would deduct the amount from the deposit. We didn't turn on the TV at all, the problem was only visible after turning it on. We are well insured, and if we had really broken the TV, it would not have been a problem to have the insurance company pay for the entire TV. We consider this matter to be fraud on the part of the owners.

Beautiful building with excellent facilities.
7.0Extremely attractive and charming building and decor, excellent bathroom facilities and water supply.
− It was very noisy outside until late so I did not sleep well on the first floor (second floor bedrooms were much better apparently in terms of soundproofing). One of the sofas was quite uncomfortable.
