6.0Great Location, Quiet street for centre of London, Comfy Bed
− The bathroom tap fell apart. There were things missing from the wall and door in the bathroom The bath has very unusual markings / stains on the bottom. The grout around the bath is black. The towels were old and scratchy. When you opened the fridge it came away from the unit.
"kon er net NIET mee door" is een juiste benaming. Had graag een alternatieve locatie gehad!
4.0de locatie was als uitvalsbasis ideaal, maar daarmee was het aantal pluspunten wel behaald
− De slechte communicatie met de verhuurder. In eerste instantie kregen wij de code van een ander sleutelkluisje. Sleutel was van het appartement op de bovenste verdieping. Na doorgeven van de nieuwe code en het juiste kluisje viel alle communicatie met verhuurder stil. Er werd niet gereageerd op onze vragen. (niet in Chat en niet telefonisch). Vervolgens contact met Booking service gezocht en die hebben uiteindelijk wel contact kunnen krijgen. Waardoor er slecht 1 van onze klachten opgelost kon worden. (lege batterij van een rookmelder, die pas na 1 slapeloze nacht vervangingen kon worden) De staat waarin dit appartement verkeerd is niet zoals op de foto's. Groot onderhoud aan Hang- en Sluitwerk is geen overbodige luxe. Zit overal wel iets los.

7.0Dichtbij metrostation Ferringdon. Voldoende eten drink gelegenheden in de buurt.
− Interieur had beetje meer aandacht nodig. Zoals verouderde badkamer en keuken. Te weinig borden en bekers aanwezig.
Estupenda ubicación
9.0Muy cerca del metro y muy bien comunicado. Hay supermercados cerca y restaurantes. Amplio y cómodo.
− En el dormitorio hay una pared por la que entra la luz de fuera y no se puede tapar.
