Overall, the property was very clean and tidy. True to pictures, The Best part about the property was kitchen and common area. It was cozy and well lit with good facilities. Host was super helpful and kind, even late at night when we had a small issue, he was available to talk and help us out.

− Since it was a new building, the passageway towards the room was not very well lit. Also, the washroom door in one of the rooms doesn’t close fully.

The place is pretty, spacious, and well-equipped, and the host was very welcoming, quick to respond, and helpful. The neighbourhood is nice and calm, and I also appreciated the many board games available in the living room. Overall, the place has many positive aspects. Unfortunately, there was a major issue that significantly affected our stay. I am sorry to leave a negative note for the host as they were nice, but it feels important to mention it.

− Unfortunately, the mattress quality was extremely poor, and the bed was far too small. This issue alone completely ruined our stay, as every night was a constant struggle to sleep. I had great difficulty falling asleep, and when I finally did, I would wake up every two hours with my shoulder completely numb due to how excessively soft the mattress was. In addition, the bed size itself was a serious problem. I am only around 180 cm tall, yet my feet were constantly hanging off the end of the bed and I could not fully stretch my legs. While the bed size might be acceptable for one person, it was very challenging for two people. We were constantly sleeping on the very edge of each side just to leave a small amount of space for one another. Any movement on the mattress would cause the entire bed to shift and immediately wake up the other person. Since you have to constantly move to avoid losing blood circulation, it becomes an endless fight throughout the night. We rented this place to rest as a family, but instead all of us had terrible nights and were exhausted. This major issue alone completely removes any value from the stay and makes it feel extremely overpriced for the level of comfort delivered. I genuinely would not wish anyone, but my worst enemy, to sleep in these beds. I strongly urge the host to invest in larger beds and significantly better-quality mattresses, as sleep comfort is absolutely fundamental when renting a holiday accommodation. On another note, the bathroom sink was clogged upon our arrival. While the host resolved the issue very quickly and efficiently once we reported it, this is not something that should have been an issue in the first place at the start of the stay.
