The apartment was fantastic. It was very accessible with no stairs and you have private entry and a small garden and everything was clean and beautiful and better than the images. Mr Ahmet was all the time accessible and welcomed us warmly and opened the apartment although we came very late at night for our check in and the family was very kind and friendly. The apartment has everything a family needs and I highly recommend it for families.

− مكان الاقامة ممتاز ونظيف وصاحب السكن رجل متعاون وودود المشكلة ان السكن لا يوجد فيه تكييف في غرف النوم والتكييف في غرفة المعيشة فقط اما السكن فهو ممتاز جدا ونظيف وقريب من مطار صبيحة في اسطنبول حوالي 2 كيلوا متر تقريبا

Unhealthy and poor quality

The location is fine if you are looking for a family stay near SAW airport. It was perfect for me as it was walking distance to where I had most of my business. The host is very nice, friendly, and responsive.

− The air quality in the unit is very bad and unhealthy. Heavy cigarette smell in the entire unit but primarily in the living room. No way to sit in the living room with that smell- literally the couches smell like ashtray! There was mold under the kitchen sink and you can feel the smell heavily all around the kitchen. That needs a complete maintenance. They sent room odor/spray when I filed a complaint about the smell and the mold (let’s add some chemical to the mix as if the air is not bad enough) Decently furnished, but still missing a coffee maker and a microwave. There’s a tea maker, and that is NOT a coffee maker. The internet speed is not hight at all. In fact, there’s no internet in half of the unit, and the best I could see was still <5 mbps download and <0.5 mbps upload speed, which made it impossible for me to work virtually. When I flagged this, they put the blame on the internet provider and some infrastructure maintenance in the neighborhood but the real reason is because there is no internet in the unit. There is a router getting signal from a modem in another floor and the signal coming down to this unit is near to nothing! It would take a few minutes to load my email inbox. Overall, disappointing.

I highly recommend staying with this host to everyone!

Our stay was absolutely delightful thanks to our wonderful host! He was incredibly kind and thoughtful, taking us to the shopping mall, helping us with transportation to the airport, and even inviting us for coffee and dinner—all at his own cost. His family's hospitality was truly unbelievable, making our experience memorable and heartwarming. I highly recommend staying with this host to everyone!
