Great location, all mod cons, apart from a microwave.

− The couch, which folds out into a bed, wasn't very comfortable. The mechanism to open/close the plug in the bathroom sink was broken on day 1 so I couldn't drain the water after brushing my teeth. Reported to the owner but got no reply so had to put up with a sink full of dirty water for the whole stay and use the kitchen sink for hand washing and tooth brushing.

Great location

− The apartment did not meet our expectations. The floor was sticky and felt unclean upon arrival. The sleeping arrangement was misleading, it appeared there were two proper beds, but in reality there were only small foldable beds. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, requiring detailed forms that didn’t seem to be properly used. Access was initially given to only one guest despite the booking being for two. Check-out is very early, and no late check-out was allowed. Unlike most places, access to all amenities was completely revoked immediately upon check-out, so we couldn’t even stay or work in the common area. We also requested an invoice under our company name during booking and in a message to the host, but it was not provided. Overall, the experience did not match the listing or our expectations.

Walking distance to pier 5 and waterfront made it worth it.

Cleaness. Unit is complete. Very clean. Staff helpful. Security system and access app a bit of challenge for a78 year old. Kitchen complete.

− 40 feet across a even higher building. Limited city view. Breath taking? Not quite.
