A good location and good airconditioning.

− This is a totally automated hostel meaning no one to ask when something is not as it should be. My keycode stopped working for no reason and my money and things locked in a locker. I was only in Madrid for 2 days so this was super annoying as they were slow to reply and resolve the situation. There are also 3 flights of steep stairs worth noting for anyone with bigger bags. The place is clearly set for asethics rather than functionality, pretty bathrooms but they smelt because the extraction has not been maintained, broken toilet seat etc small things that showed a lack of care.

Bed bugs infestation!

− This hostel shouldn't be operating in its current condition. The beds are infested with bed bugs, and the attached photos clearly show the evidence. What's even more concerning is that this problem was already mentioned in Google reviews over three months ago, yet it appears nothing has been done to address it. The infestation is clearly ongoing. I woke up covered in painful bites. Thankfully, I only stayed for one night—I can't imagine how much worse it would have been if I'd stayed longer. To make matters worse, I couldn't find a single staff member to ask for a towel, so I had to go out and buy one myself. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Muy limpio, buenas instalaciones, camas cómodas y una buena sensación en general. Ubicación muy céntrica.

− Me robaron un monster de la nevera común y los lockers gratuitos solo eran hasta las 5pm. Además, había una chica en la cama de mi amiga que no era clienta del hostal, pero se fue cuando la despertamos.

Comfortable beds. Showers are individually separated. Decoration is really pleasant, Balinese style mostly. Doesn't strictly forbid smoking unless there's a sign in the room. There's already utilities like a hairdryer and a straightener in the bathroom

− Most pictures don't relate to the place you get. Some of the facilities weren't functional at all (broken shower door), and you barely got to see the staff (only the cleaning staff). You also had to pay additional fees for utilities like towels, and the hosts don't even know which of their properties actually owns fridges. Extra charge for all-female rooms

Location, clean rooms, a/c not the best but is better than nothing. Over all good for the price you pay for

− There was some problem with water and someone was trying to repair it in the middle of the night. I appreciate the effort but since our room was right next to the bathroom, we couldn't sleep until 2am because of the noise... And in the morning the water didn't run at all... I think the stay in this hostel would be fine if there wasn't this issue, but since it was there, it wasn't really enjoyable...
