− Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment sehr schlecht und enttäuschend. Ich habe 13 Tage dort verbracht und hatte von Anfang an ernste Probleme mit Sauberkeit und Hygiene. Die Wohnung war extrem dreckig. Es gab starken, unangenehmen Geruch, sichtbare Verschmutzungen und Schimmel, der offensichtlich schon länger vorhanden war. Auch im Hausgang roch es stark nach Katzenurin, was den Gesamteindruck noch schlimmer gemacht hat. Aufgrund der schlechten hygienischen Zustände bin ich gesundheitlich beeinträchtigt worden und habe mich während des Aufenthalts krank gefühlt. Ich musste mir eigene Bezüge kaufen, um überhaupt auf dem Sofa sitzen zu können, da es in diesem Zustand nicht nutzbar war. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden erhielt ich keine ausreichende Hilfe, weder vom Gastgeber noch von Booking.com. Mir wurde keine Möglichkeit zur Stornierung oder zum vorzeitigen Auszug mit Rückerstattung gegeben. Eine Rückzahlung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr belastend, unhygienisch und nicht akzeptabel. Ich kann dieses Apartment leider nicht empfehlen.

The photos on the website accurately reflect reality. The host is a very polite and genuinely kind person. He stayed in touch at all times - from providing recommendations about the route and check-in to helping with any small necessities (towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning, etc.). The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything needed for a long stay. All appliances work properly, and there are essential kitchen utensils, bedding, and internet access. The flat is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood. There are small shops and supermarkets nearby. It’s easy to reach Taksim Square (although the walk involves some hills), and from there you can quickly get to the beautiful waterfront. Thank you very much for the peaceful stay and cozy apartments!

− The building is located on a hill. To reach the central square of the district, you need to walk downhill first and then uphill along a sloped path. It was fine for us, but keep this in mind if you have any health issues. Because the building sits on a hill, the apartment’s position is affected as well: on one side of the building it is on the first floor, while on the other side it is at level (-2). Overall, this wasn’t a problem - the lighting inside is sufficient thanks to built-in LED lights and wide doors that open onto a private inner courtyard. The sound insulation in the building is very poor. This is not an issue related to the host or to the people talking next door or watching TV - it’s simply the way the building is constructed. If it bothers you, inform the host and he will find a solution. Overall, the place is good for a long stay and remote work.
