We loved exploring Venice, especially Burano.
8.0It was convenient and well located for what we wanted to do.
− We did not like the access to the apartment not the courtyard entranceway; especially at night being females. The lady that met us at check-in was polite and efficient; however, on our third day, we couldn’t get the key to work in the lock and had to wait a very long time for someone to finally come to let us access the apartment. We suggest you upgrade to some kind of keypad access.

− The beds are terrible - the bath shower slippery /the back of doors never been cleaned//kitchen was under equipped with no egg flip or tongs but host was great with coffee/croissants etc

10.0We really liked the apartment. It was amazing - beautiful design, wonderful paintings. The apartment had everything you need - cooking utensils, dishwasher, oven, TV, washing machine. Very comfortable beds. The apartment is located on the 6th floor but you can use the elevator. The location is also very good - vaporetto 2 minutes away, Rialto bridge 10 minutes walk. Kind and responsive host.

10.0Francesco a été d’une efficacité remarquable et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. L’appartement est confortable et est situé dans un vieil immeuble vénitien très central (on peut tout faire à pied si on le souhaite), il est équipé d’un ascenseur. Idéalement situé aussi près du ponton Ramo Dragan pour une arrivée et un départ en taxi privé à commander.
− Rien mais ce qui pourrait être améliorer c’est les ustensiles de cuisines. Il faudrait aussi disposer d’un grille-pain pour les Français er une cafetière bialetti beaucoup plus grande.
