− This property is not as described. There was rubbish and fuel, car parts on the drive when we arrived. The accommodation was dirty and damaged and cluttered with mess and cleaning chemicals. There was a broken mirror on one of the walls that was within reach of small children. There was a damp mouldy towel stuffed down the side of the bed. The back door had no key to lock it up and make the property safe. The towels that had been left out were damp and smelt awful. It was the worst place I’ve ever had the pleasure to enter and we couldn’t get out quick enough. This needs pulling from the website as no one else should have to go through what we did!!!

3.0The host was nice when we arrived and the location is great as easy access to the tube, and London Stadium.
− The address given wasn't actually where we stayed, it was a house down the road. It was a lived in house that had stuff everywhere (inside and out), and the rooms were your apartment. The bathroom was soaked, like it had been hosed down to clean it and then left. The shower was piping hot and you couldn't adjust.

− The description wasn't quite accurate/complete (it was actually mostly better than described) there are 5 double bedrooms and a single sofa bed in one of the rooms. There's also a garden, dining area and kitchen.
