The host was lovely and friendly

− Had to ask repeatedly for towels - during a London heatwave you’d expect access to towels so you can have a shower. Only on the second day of our stay did we get some Dirty cutlery so had to rewash it all before use and only two sets as well as no teaspoons Cooking wise nothing is provided - oil, sauces. Nothing. The only thing was coffee and teabags (no sugar). Trying to cook was a nightmare as the only frying pan there was a single egg pan Sofa bed is tiny, my friend had to sleep diagonally The bed itself sags and slumps into the middle Lighting wise is just a strip light. The noise was outrageous and we all struggled to sleep, the windows are only single glazed. Location itself is actually above a shop, and you have people living in the floor beneath you. Advertised as an apartment but be aware if there is three of you, you’re in the same room and it won’t be comfortable for any of you. Not the location on Apple Maps. You have to collect the keys from a shop Really disappointing stay, none of us would return

Lovely apartment in a great location with a great host, but old mattress and noise let it down.

Host was friendly and helpful. Location was great for amenities and buzz. Apartment was clean and pleasantly decorated

− The bed was very uncomfortable, creaky and sagged in the middle leading to a distrubed night's sleep. This wasn't helped by the traffic etc from the main road outside which, as the windows are single glazed, is very noisy.

The host could not have been more helpful and the lication and apartment facilities made the stay perfect.
