9.0Eine kleine GeneinschaftsKüche auf jeder Etage mit Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank. Kleiderschrank im Zimmer. Sehr ruhige Lage. Auch im Haus selbst war es angenehm ruhig. Ca 10 min fußläufig zur Northern Line. Bus in die Stadt (390) ca 3 min entfernt.
− Die Kopfkissen waren sehr unbequem. Das Bett war eher schmal, nur eine Bettdecke. Im warmen Sommer ok, wenn es kälter wäre, wäre die eine Decke viel zu klein für 2 Personen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist etwas bergig. Für uns ok, sollte aber evtl erwähnt werden.

8.0The district is very nice and quiet. The hotel is near to an underground station, that it's the quickest way to move in London. The possibililty to use the kitchen is a plus. The private toilet and the room was not so big but clean and comfortable, fair enough for a week.
− During our staying (1week) the towels were never changed. But I have to say that we didn't ask the staff, it probably would have been enough to ask for a change.

− Es una pena que una propiedad que está decente tenga una atención al cliente tan deficiente. Debido a una confusión con la dirección, llamamos varias veces al teléfono de emergencia y no nos dieron la solución hasta 4 horas después (a las 6:30 a.m.), dejándonos tiradas en la calle toda la noche. Era un detalle que podrían haber resuelto en la primera llamada pero el teléfono de emergencia no ayuda en absoluto, un servicio negligente. Cero compromiso con la seguridad del huésped. Respecto a la habitación, si toca al lado de la cocina, se escuchan todos los ruidos.
