2.0− Very disappointed! The room was booked by my son. It was absolutely not the one he paid for! It must be a nice room with a queen size bed. But you can see the terrible room and mess that he has got instead (picture below) .. It was dirty, and there was someone else's unmade bed. No one cleaned the room or made the bed after previous guests. Tired from a long flight, my son had to call the host, try to find clean linens, and make the bed himself... The hosts apparently do not care about their guests and their own reputation at all
